Tottenham, Liverpool, and Arsenal are all reportedly vying for Fluminense midfielder Andre, who Fulham is apparently leading in the fight to capture.

One of the most sought-after players in South America right now, the 22-year-old is rumored to be open to signing with a Premier League team in January.

Andre has advanced significantly after making his debut for the Fluminense first squad in 2020. For the massive Brazilian team, he has made a total of 163 appearances, contributing three assists and four goals.

His strongest skills are interceptions and tackling to stop rival assaults. He typically plays defensive midfield.

As previously said, a number of elite clubs have expressed interest in his achievements. There is no denying his talent as he has also earned two appearances for the Brazil national team.

Both Arsenal and Liverpool are fans of Andre, as Football365 has previously revealed. However, the Gunners appear to be giving priority to a deal for Douglas Luiz of Aston Villa.

As they search for a possible successor for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, who has been linked to a move away from Spurs for some time, Tottenham is also willing to sign Andre.

But it appears like Fulham might win the competitive competition for the Brazilian maestro.

The Sunday Mirror reports that it appears “extremely likely” that Andre will relocate in January.

They attest to the fact that Tottenham, Arsenal, and Liverpool are all considering him. Edu, the sporting director of the Gunners, has been closely monitoring his recent performances.

But according to the article, Fulham “find themselves in pole position for the midfielder.”

While Joao Palhinha recently signed a new contract with the Cottagers, he may have another chance to join Bayern Munich in January. Marco Silva is interested in signing Andre as a possible replacement.

Given that Andre is likely to receive more playing time with Fulham than with Liverpool, Arsenal, or Tottenham—all of which have excellent midfield players in their ranks—joining the Cottagers may also be the greatest decision for Andre’s career.

It would be fascinating to see whether Fulham is willing to match Fluminense’s reported £30 million valuation for Andre in January.
