Even though Bellingham joined Sunderland during the summer transfer window, he’s already being connected to a move out of the Northeast.

According to a recent source, Real Madrid was evaluating the young player’s potential after signing Jude Bellingham, his older brother, in the summer.

With 13 goals and three assists in 14 competitive games since joining from Borussia Dortmund, the England international has had a big impact.

Real Madrid is not the only team keeping an eye on Bellingham’s development, even though it is unclear if they will make a future move for his younger sibling.

Tottenham is reportedly interested in Bellingham after sending scouts to observe him play, according to Football Insider.

According to the article, Tottenham has been monitoring Bellingham since January, back when he was still at Birmingham City, the team he grew up supporting.

The 18-year-old can play as a center-forward or a normal central midfielder, but his primary position on the field is an advanced one behind the main striker.

The adolescent, who came up through Birmingham’s development ranks, made 26 first-team appearances before moving to Sunderland in time for the 2023–24 season.

With 16 starts in the Championship this season, Bellingham has established himself as a mainstay in Tony Mowbray’s squad since moving to the North East.

Bellingham scored his third goal of the season in Sunderland’s last match before the international break, a 3-1 triumph over his former team Birmingham.

The offensive midfielder, who has participated in several age groups and made five appearances for the Under-19 team, has also received recognition at the England youth level.

Apart from Real Madrid and Tottenham, other Premier League teams and Bundesliga teams are also keeping a close eye on Bellingham.
