“Spurs Unleash Young Guns: Hojbjerg, Emerson, and Davies Lead the Charge Against Wolves in Confirmed Lineup!”

The Tottenham team that will play Wolves in the Premier League’s early kickoff on Saturday afternoon has undergone significant changes, and Ange Postecoglou is the result.

The Australian had to cope with the aftermath of Chelsea’s loss, which saw five players miss time due to injury or punishment. The Spurs manager announced on Friday that both James Maddison’s ankle issue and Micky van de Ven’s hamstring ailment will prevent him from playing until the New Year.

In defense, Destiny Udogie is out for the match at Molineux after receiving a red card in that costly loss to Mauricio Pochettino’s team, while Cristian Romero is also suspended for three games by Postecoglou.

The Brazilian attacker Richarlison then had groin surgery this week to address a chronic problem with his pubic bone; he is anticipated to resume training in about a month.

Postecoglou has altered his squad in four ways. Ben Davies, a left-back who is back to full strength, and Ashley Phillips, an 18-year-old summer acquisition, were the options he had to choose from at the back for Eric Dier’s central defensive partner. After playing in the position during preseason, the Welshman was chosen. In place of Udogie at left back was Emerson Royal.

With Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Giovani Lo Celso, Rodrigo Bentancur, and Oliver Skipp all vying for a starting spot, the Australian had to decide who would take Maddison’s place on the left of the trio in midfield. In the end, he went with the Dane, who has performed well when called upon this season.

The Tottenham squad that Postecoglou has chosen for the game against Molineux is as follows:
Vicario; Sarr, Bissouma, Hojbjerg; Kulusevski, Son, Johnson; Porro, Dier, Davies, Emerson. Subs: Bentancur, Lo Celso, Gil, Donley, Veliz, Forster, Phillips, Dorrington, Skipp, and so on.
