Coach of the Georgian national team Willy Sagnol has warned that “giants like Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich are interested in him” despite Kvicha Kvaratskhelia’s rise to fame at Napoli.
In 43 appearances between Serie A and the Champions League, the aggressive winger scored 14 goals and provided 17 assists during an incredible first season in Italy.
In 15 competitive games this term, he has managed three goals and five assists.
At a news conference, Georgia manager Sagnol stated, “Kvaratskhelia plays for a top club like Napoli, but giants of the football world are interested in him now too, like Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich.”
“Anyone’s dream is to play for these clubs. Every athlete dreams of donning a shirt like that and taking home significant championships.
He signed a contract last summer for just €13.3 million with bonuses from Dinamo Batumi, but it’s already estimated that he may get at least €90 million on the transfer market.
