The 26-year-old has been struggling to find the net for his national team since the Qatar World Cup, and he has only scored one Premier League goal in 31 appearances for Spurs, which came in April.

Richarlison indicated that he has faced off-field issues that have impacted his performance but is now committed to addressing them. He revealed to Brazilian newspaper O Globo, ‘I have experienced a tumultuous period in my personal life over the past five months. However, things have stabilized on the home front now. Those who were solely interested in my financial assets are no longer part of my inner circle. I believe that with this newfound stability, things will start to improve, and I am confident that I will enjoy a successful spell at Tottenham and rediscover my form.’
