“Jamie O’Hara’s Bold Claim: £25M Tottenham Star, ‘Like a New Signing,’ Is Being Overlooked!”

Yves Bissouma is ‘like a new signing’ for Tottenham Hotspur, according to Jamie O’Hara.

Yves Bissouma impressed the Premier League with his ice-cold performances from the middle of the park while at Brighton & Hove Albion.

But when he arrived on Tottenham’s doorstep, he was no longer the same player.

Given his troubles, O’Hara believes that “people have forgotten” how excellent Yves Bissouma is since he is a “top, top player,” as he told Sky Sports News on October 23.

The £25 million signing (Sky Sports) made his first major gaffe on Saturday, when he was sent off for diving during his team’s victory over Luton Town.

But, leaving everything aside, O’Hara believes the 27-year-old has been outstanding under Ange Postecoglou.

Yves Bissouma ‘like a new signing’

“It’s a shame (Bissouma diving and red) because he has been absolutely sensational since he has come back into the side, Bissouma,” said O’Hara.

“He is like a new signing. I think people forgot how good it was. That season when he was at Brighton and Spurs signed him for about £30 million. I think he had the most tackles, interceptions and passes in the league.

“And he had a really bad season under Conte. No confidence and everyone kind of turned to Caicedo. Don’t forget that Bissouma is a top, top player. And he has shown that

Ange Postecoglou deserves praise

This is where Antonio Conte is going to take a lot of verbal hits because he had this very same player on his books, yet somehow, made him go backwards.

The issue with Conte is that Bissouma hardly showed any promise last season, with nearly everything going wrong.

But this is where Ange Postecoglou deserves credit because he has, not only transformed Bissouma, but also a club that was pretty low during the final months of last season.
