In January, Tottenham Hotspur is thinking about making a move for Andre Trindade, a midfield player for Fluminense, despite a lot of interest from Europe.

That’s according to 90min, who disclosed that Arsenal and Tottenham are also considering Andre.

The Brazilian had been linked to Liverpool for a while; some people thought the move was inevitable.

However, the £25 million midfield player appears to be back on the market following claims that Liverpool pulled out of any agreement yesterday.

Although Andre was very interested in the summer, he ultimately decided to stay and help Fluminense win the Copa Libertadores, a trophy he was instrumental in helping his team win.

Given the short roster he has to pick from, Ange Postecoglou is probably now talking to Daniel Levy about the January transfer window.

Andre of Fluminense may prove too good for Tottenham to pass up, despite the fact that Postecoglou’s side has more players in center midfield.
