Zinchenko, who can play left defense or midfield, is a colleague of both players on the Ukrainian national team.

Which two players would Oleksandr Zinchenko, the star player for Arsenal, most want to play alongside at the Emirates Stadium? Let’s investigate.

What is the tale?

It’s no secret that Oleksandr Zinchenko wants two of his teammates from the Ukraine national team to play for Arsenal.

Zinchenko, who moved from Manchester City to Arsenal in the summer of 2022, has excelled for the North London team.

The 26-year-old international player for Ukraine is hoping to join Heorhiy Sudakov and Mykola Matviyenko at Arsenal.

Oleksandr Zinchenko wants Mykola Matviyenko and Heorhiy Sudakov to play for Arsenal.

Zinchenko said, “I hope to Arsenal,” to UA Tribuna’s question on which club Sudakov ought to join during the January transfer window.

Currently signed to the massive Ukrainian team Shakhtar Donetsk, Sudakov is a midfield player.

The 21-year-old is a tremendous talent who has already made 12 appearances for Ukraine.

Sudakov stated earlier this month that he plays in a similar manner to James Maddison, an offensive midfielder for Tottenham Hotspur and an England international.

Arsenal have been linked with Sudakov. TEAMtalk reported in October that Juventus, Manchester City, the Gunners and Chelsea all have scouted the attacking midfielder and have been impressed with him.

Zinchenko is also interested in Mykola Matviyenko joining Arsenal. 27-year-old Matviyenko is a versatile back who can play left or center.

The defender has played 61 times for Ukraine and has spent his whole professional club football career on the books of Shakhtar Donetsk. Matviyenko and Arsenal were first connected in January 2020.

When asked which of his Ukraine international teammates he would sign for the Gunners, the 26-year-old said: “Matviyenko”.

Meanwhile, Rob Holding could be on the move again just months after leaving Arsenal.

Crystal Palace signed Holding from Arsenal in the summer of 2023. According to Football Transfers, Bournemouth are interested in the defender and have expressed interest in securing his services.
